BULGARIAN CHICKEN

1 cut up fryer

2 onions, sliced

2 c. rice

Lawry's seasoned salt

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Paprika

In large casserole, place a coating of butter. Place sliced onions and cover onions with rice. Then place chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle with seasoned

salt. Salt and pepper heavily with paprika. Dot with butter and cover ingredients with a quart of water. Cook uncovered for about 45 minutes or until done.
