Winter Salad

A simple salad that will remind you of deviled eggs.
1 head lettuce, torn
1 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. mustard
4 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
Place lettuce in a large serving bowl; set aside. Whisk sugar, mayonnaise and mustard together; pour over lettuce. Slice hard-boiled eggs; add to lettuce mixture. Toss gently before serving. Serves 6.
