What generation do you think has the most anxiety?

TLDR: What generation do you think has the most anxiety?
In the forum thread discussing which generation suffers the most from anxiety, users shared varied perspectives. Lammchen suggested that it is difficult to pinpoint a specific generation as the most affected by anxiety, noting that it spans across multiple generations within their own family. Soulwatcher argued that newer generations face more anxiety due to modern challenges such as school shootings, high cost of living, and uncertain futures, highlighting situations where economic pressures force different living arrangements like adults living with parents or vice versa. Overall, the thread reflects a consensus that anxiety is a significant issue across various generations, though opinions differ on which generation is most impacted.
This is a tough one as I know many people who I grew up with who suffer with quite severe anxiety, I myself being one of them and I also have kids myself who suffer with anxiety but I also have a brother who was born a year later than me who too, suffers with anxiety as well. I don't think we can pick one specific generation that suffers the most anxiety as I feel many different generations have gone through it to some extent.

I think that the newer generation has the most anxiety because of school shootings, the cost of living, and their future. I know so many people where the kids are still living at home @40 years old or the parents retire and are forced to move in with the kids. Life is so unfair these days.
