What entertainment therapy helps you to manage depression?

Depression is a common health issue which every one goes through both children and adults. It is believed that, if we allow depression to grow deeper in our minds, it causes more harm to our well-being than good. I do manage my time well even if I am depressed. I normally play video games to get rid of depression, and it helps me control depression.

What entertainment therapy helps you manage depression when you encounter it at some point in life?

Depression is characterized by feelings of loneliness, perpetual sadness, and lack of energy. If you are suffering from depression, you will not be in a mood to do any entertainment-related activities like watching movies. singing, dancing, going to parties and fun parks. Unless you are taking help, you will not be interested in entertainment.

Not really therapy but having music helps around. You get to think on good thoughts with good music. And also the humor and the sports based content helps too. So I make sure to get those type of the content that helps with the depression. I guess we find out based on our liking.
