For non-emergency support, consider reaching out to organizations like Samaritans at 116 123. In the USA, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available at 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255). For support in Australia, contact Lifeline at 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue at 1300 22 4636. Want to tell them but cant

Is there something that you would like to say to someone's face but are holding back for some reason?

To whom?

And what would you say?

There is someone, not going to mention the name of who but I will mention what I would like to say to them. I have held back so many times when it comes to saying something because I really don't want to look like a nasty person or even upset them but at the same time, I feel as though if I were to say something, it may get them to change their lives a bit.

I'd want to tell them to do more, stop worrying about everything, and make an effort to make their life better than it is. Only you can change how your life is and make it how you want it.
