4 bread slices
7 ounces smoked pork cold cut of any kind
1 tomato
Thinly shredded lettuce
4-1/2 ounces Mozzarella
2 tablespoons sour cream
4 green onions
Salt
Make the sauce: Beat Mozzarella, sour cream, green onions and a pinch of
salt in a blender. Keep refrigerated until needed. Slice pork into 2 pieces.
Slice tomato into rounds. For each sandwich, top a bread slice with lettuce,
cold cut, tomato, sauce and another bread slice.
