4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1 clove garlic
Cream
Additional ingredients:
Hamburger rolls
Lettuce leaves to taste
1 red onion
1 tomato
14 ounces salmon fillets
Salt to taste
For burgers, season salmon with salt and bake in preheated 325-degree oven

the sauce is not too thick, add a little cream to it. Shred lettuce leaves
as desired. Slice tomato into thin rounds. Separate onion into thin rings.
Assemble burgers: Split rolls. Toast the insides of rolls in the toaster or
in the oven. Place lettuce on the bottom half of each roll. Finely chop
