Veggies or Meats?

Given the choice to have only 1 thing in life, what would you choose and why? Personally, I think I can make it without meats. And you personally?

Meat as well, it's in my DNA, and I think it is more healthy for me(of course in a balanced diet). But yeah meat would provide me with the things I need more.

Even though I like meat, I am not very crazy about them. I can go without meat for weeks, even months. I was a vegetarian for 4 years and did not eat any meat products.

Even though excessive meat consumption isn't good to the health depending the age of the individual especially in adults, I still prefer eating meats than veggies.
