Upside Down Chocolate Pudding Cake

Upside Down Chocolate Pudding Cake

1 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
+ 3 tbsp
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 2/3 cups hot tap water

1. Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tbsp cocoa, milk and vanilla. Spoon
batter evenly into greased crockpot. Mix remaining sugar, cocoa and
hot water. Pour over batter in crockpot. Cook on high 2 to 2 1/2
hours, or until batter no
longer looks shiny on top. Don't overcook.

The batter rises to the top like cake . . . underneath is a rich
chocolate pudding. This works! I promise! Serve with ice cream or
whipped cream.
