1/4 c. chicken fat
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pepper, paprika
3 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. cooked chicken in 1” cubes
1/2 c. sliced stuff olives
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cornmeal
3 Tbsp. shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk

Combine first 2 in a skillet. Add next 5. Cook until thick. Add next 3. Place 2/3 in a greased 10” skillet. Mix remaining and spread over chicken. Bake at 400F 25 min. Serve in inverted wedges using remaining hot chicken mixture as gravy.
