2 lbs. white fleshed fish

2 onions, chopped

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 c. olive oil

1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes

1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. sugar

Juice of 1 lemon

Saute onions in 1/4 cup olive oil, then add everything except fish and lemon juice and the rest of the olive oil. Spread half the mixture on bottom of

pyrex dish, lay fish on top then pour rest of sauce on top. Combine 1/4 cup olive oil with lemon juice. Pour on top of fish. Bake covered at 350 degrees

for 30 minutes, then uncover for 10 minutes more. Serves 8.
