Trigger warning ⚠️ thoughts

Anyone else s head thinks the way mine does.
Someone passes away, my head tells me it should of been me .that person was loved and well known where as I'm not.
Then thoughts /voices they don't like u
They plotting something so u left with nothing. U going be a lonely old woman n die alone ..
I'm ok in my self but keep these thought to my self . I'm thinking it's bit extreme but it's true

This is very relateble. I have an in er voice that seems to hate me and tell me what a loser I am. At times I can go against it. But many times I just say your right.

But I do think that we make our own future no matter what our inner voice tells us. Your voice is giving bad advice.
You are worth more then that. So am i. And I know its hard to go against it. But we need to try.
