One half cup butter or margarine

3/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar

One fourth cup chopped nuts

11 graham cracker squares

6 ounces or one cup chocolate chips

In four cup measure combine butter and brown sugar. Cook uncovered, 2 minutes in microwave, stirring 4 times. Add nuts. Place graham crackers in buttered 2 quart, 12 by 7 inch baking dish. Pour syrup over crackers. Cook uncovered 1 minute, 30 seconds. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and cook, uncovered, 30 seconds or until chocolate is soft. With a spatula spread chocolate evenly over top. Cool; refrigerate 30 minutes. Break apart or cut into pieces. Makes 22 to 24 squares.
