Thanksgiving Pecan Pie
3 lg. eggs
2 tbsp. melted margarine
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. syrup (waffle syrup)
1 unbaked pie shell
Beat eggs and blend in butter, flour, vanilla, salt, sugar and syrup. Add
pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 10
minutes, then reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake 40-45 minutes
longer. Enjoy.
