Terrific Egg Salad
12 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
2 teaspoons mustard
1/4 cup grated onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk
In bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill.
Note:
For creamier egg salad, add more mayonnaise or 1/2 stick melted butter.
