Tasty Cheese Onion Pie
Dough
2-1/2 ounces butter
2 cups sour cream
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling
2 onions
5-1/2 ounces cheese
Topping
1 egg
2 tablespoons sour cream
Finely grate cheese. Chop onions, fry and let cool. For dough, cream butter
and combine with sour cream and salt. Stir in flour. Spread dough in the
bottom and up sides of a baking pan. Place onions over crust, top with
cheese. Combine egg with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and pour mixture over
filling. Bake in preheated 375-degree oven for 50-60 minutes.
