So easy to toss to gether...just watch it disappear!

8-oz. box buttermilk biscuit baking mix

1 tomato, sliced

12 fresh basil leaves

6-oz. pkg. shredded asiago cheese

1 c. mayonnaise

Mix baking mix according to manufacturer's directions; press dough into an ungreased 8" pie pan. Layer tomato slices and then basil "leaves on top of dough; set aside. Combine cheese and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl; blend well. Spread cheese mixture over top, covering all tomato slices and basil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Slice into wedges to serve. Serves 4 to 6.
