Add a side of redskin potatoes and a tossed salad for a fresh summery meal.

2 lbs. ground beef

2 T. pickling salt

1 t. liquid smoke

1/8 t. garlic powder

1/4 c. water

Combine ingredients together; add 1/4 cup water and mix well. Divide and shape into 4 loaves; wrap individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove plastic wrap; arrange loaves on a broiler pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
