Sugar's Lemon Bars



Crust



1 c. butter

1/2 c. sugar

2 c. flour

Dash salt



Filling



4 eggs, beaten

1/4 c. flour

2 c. sugar

6 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Grated rind of 2 lemons



Crust Directions



Combine ingredients and mix well.

Press mixture in to greased cake pan.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.



Filling Directions



Combine flour and sugar.

Mix in next 3 ingredients.

Pour on to slightly cooled crust.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Cool and sprinkle with sugar.

Yield: 1 9 by 13 cake pan.
