Lemon Bars

2 sticks chilled butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Cut butter into flour until crumbly; press into an ungreased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; set aside to cool. Blend eggs, sugar and lemon juice together; pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes; cool. Cut into squares.
