Dust with powdered sugar, if you like.

1 c. chilled butter

2 c. all-purpose flour

4 eggs

2 c. sugar

1/4 c. lemon juice

Cut butter into flour until crumbly; press into an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; set aside to cool. Blend eggs, sugar and lemon juice together; pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes; cool. Cut into squares. Makes 24 servings.
