STUFFED PEPPER TURKISH STYLE

1 green pepper
4 oz. ground beef
1 oz. rice
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. tomato puree
Mix stuffing ingredients together. Partially cook on range. Stuff medium sized pepper.
Combine tomato puree with 1 cup of water. Put the sauce around the pepper. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
