Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings

Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.

2-1/2 lbs. chicken wings

4-oz. bottle hot pepper sauce

1/2 c. butter, melted

2 T. white vinegar

Arrange chicken in a 13"x9" greased baking pan; bake at 425 degrees for one hour, turning frequently. Remove from oven; set aside. Whisk hot sauce, butter and vinegar together; pour over chicken. Toss gently to coat. Serves 4 to 6.
