Buffalo Style Chicken Wings

Buffalo Style Chicken Wings
Chicken wings
3 ounces hot pepper sauce
1/2 stick butter
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
Rinse chicken; pat dry. In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until butter is completely melted, stirring occasionally. In deep fryer, heat oil to 375 degrees. Fry fifteen wings at a time for 12 to 15 minutes. Drainfor a few minutes. place wings into bowl. After all wings have been fried, pour sauce over top. Cover bowl. Shake to completely coat. place wings onto baking sheet. Bake for a few minutes to crisp.
