You should not pay any attention to him, he is not in control, you are! What he says is deliberately to get you upset, so do your best to tune out that voice and focus on your precious girls. They will keep you safe, warm and loved when you're feeling down.
 
I promise you that three is saying this to hurt you. But it is't true at all. He is a terrible voice.

i switched my inbox off cause if i didnt he was going to cause *that* to happen by sending out messages encouraging people to do *that* to me :(

You are not a bad person, you are our ray of sunshine here, a wonderful person who knows how to make us all feel better. I promise you that he is a liar and only trying to bring you down. He will not make that happen, he is powerless and you are in control. Give your girls extra cuddles, they've got your back! He does not, he's a liar and nothing more.

You just focus on the fact that we are here, we care deeply for you and we don't want you to feel bad nor do we want anything bad to happen to you. He cannot hurt you, he is jealous of the fact that you are so loved and he is not. Always remember he is nothing, you are everything.
