Seven Layer Dinner

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 medium onion sliced thin
I just use a hole onion, or maybe even 2, if they are small

1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 cup frozen peas
I usually swap corn for peas

1 lb hamburger
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can of water

Directions
In a greased
casserole
place the potatoes covering the bottom. On top layer the onion, then
carrots, rice, peas, and hamburger. Mix the soup and water together and
pour over
all ingredients. Cover and bake in a 350F oven for two hours.
