2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (10 oz)
3 beaten eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup shredded American cheese
3 T. chopped onion
1/2 t. salt
Dash pepper
1 cup coarse soft breadcrumbs
1 T. melted margarine

Cook spinach as pkg. directs. Drain well. In bowl, mix eggs, milk, 1/2 cup of cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in drained spinach. Turn into greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Mix crumbs, remaining 1/4 cup cheese and butter. Sprinkle on top of spinach. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until knife inserted off center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
