Scalloped Potatoes And Ham From Marilyn


2 to 3 pounds potatoes, peeled, sliced and divided

1 (12 ounce) package or 1 pound cooked ham, cubed and divided

1 small onion, chopped and divided

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery or mushroom soup

Spray the interior of a 5 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer one-third each of the potatoes, ham, onion and cheese into the cooker.
Repeat twice. Spread soup on top. Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or
until potatoes are tender.

Variation:

For a creamier sauce, combine 1 can of creamed soup with 1/2 cup water in a
bowl before pouring over contents of cooker.
