Dollop with sour cream and parsley if desired.

1 T. olive oil

2-lb. pkg. cubed steak

29-oz. can tomato sauce

14-3/4 oz. can beef gravy

28-oz. pkg. frozen diced potatoes with green pepper and onion, thawed

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; brown steak. Drain; place in a large stockpot. Add tomato sauce, gravy and potatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 4.
