Root Beer

1 tsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. sugar
1 qt. hot water
4 tsp. root beer extract

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Dissolve sugar in hot water. Add yeast and extract. Mix in a gal. jar. Add warm water to fill. Cover. Let sit in. Warm sun 4 hours. Chill overnight and serve.
