Ranch Potato Casserole

Ranch Potato Casserole
6 to 8 medium potatoes (2 to 2 1/2 pounds), quartered and cooked
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup bacon pieces
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
2 cups cornflakes, slightly crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine sour cream, dressing, bacon and 1 cup cheese. Place potatoes into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour sour cream mixture over potatoes; gently toss. Top with 1 cup cheese. In another bowl, combine cornflakes and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
