COWBOY MEATLOAF AND POTATO CASSEROLE

COWBOY MEATLOAF AND POTATO CASSEROLE
1 egg lightly beaten
2 small spoon chili powder
3/4 small spoon salt
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 large spoon butter
1 cup crumbled real bacon
1/4 cup wavy fried onions, canned
2/3 cup Mexican mix cheese, torn
1 package Ore-Ida Steam n’ Mash Potatoes
1 pound ground lean meat
3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup Jack Daniel’s Barbecue Sauce

Preheat oven to 375F. Coat 9×10 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. In a great bowl, mix beef/ onion/ breadcrumbs/Barbecue Sauce/ egg/chili powder / salt until well mixed. Sweetly press into bottom of baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 26 min , neatly pour off any surplus fat if needed. Set oven to broil and put oven rack 9 inches .
