Ranch Ham & Tortilla Pinwheels

These are a favorite of all ages...after school, after work or just because!
2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
.4-oz. pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
2 green onions, minced
4 12-inch flour tortillas
1/4 lb. sliced deli ham
4-oz. can diced green chiles, drained
Optional: 2-1/4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
Garnish: salsa
Mix together cream cheese, dressing mix and green onions; spread on tortillas. Layer with ham and sprinkle with chiles and olives, if using. Roll tortillas tightly. Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Slice rolls into one-inch pieces and serve with salsa. Makes 3 dozen.
