Potato Salad With Sour Cream
1 pound 6 ounces new potatoes
7 radishes
3-4 pickles
1 bunch green onions
5-1/2 ounces sour cream
Salt to taste
Boil new potatoes without peeling them, let cool and then thinly slice. Cut
radishes into thin rounds and add to potatoes. Slice pickles into rounds and
add to the salad. Mix in finely chopped green onions. Blend in sour cream
and salt. Refrigerate salad for a few hours.
