German Potato Salad with Sour Cream (6-8)

1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cucumber, peeled, thinly sliced
1 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, crumbled
Paprika for garnish

Mix first 5. Add sour cream and cucumber and stir to combine. Place warm potatoes in a med. bowl. Add sour cream mixture. Add onion and next 2. Toss gently until potatoes are completely coated. Serve warm or cold dusted with paprika.
