PINEAPPLE- PEACH SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
l/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 canned peach halves in water, drained and diced
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons sugar
Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender or
food processor; cover and process until pureed.
Add yogurt, milk, and sugar substitute; continue to process until
smooth and thickened.
Pour into individual glasses, and serve immediately.
