PINEAPPLE-COCONUT COOKIES
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix brown sugar, white sugar, Crisco and egg. Sift together flour, soda,
salt and baking powder. Add vanilla, pineapple and coconut. Bake 375 degrees
10-12 minutes.
