PARTY PINWHEELS
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch salad dressing mix
2 green onions, minced
4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
1/2 c. diced red pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. sliced black olives
Mix first 3 ingredients and spread on tortillas. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients, roll up in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Chill about 2 hours. Slice
into 1 inch slices.
Variation: Add shredded cheddar cheese to cream cheese and roll thinly sliced ham in tortilla.
