Paleo Salami Stackers

These tasty little snacks are easy to prepare for any event, and as a bonus, they’re a kid favorite! Don’t like tomatoes and Dijon? Try pickled peppers
and horseradish, or simply smear a slice of avocado with freshly ground black pepper instead.
Serves 2 PREP & COOK TIME: 5 minutes
Ingredients
-¼ lb hard salami, sliced
-Dijon mustard
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
1.
Spread Dijon on salami slices. Top with half of a cherry tomato.
2.
Place on a serving tray and serve immediately or refrigerate prior to serving.
