So announced earlier that we can't have people visit for Christmas now. Most of the country have been put in Tier 4.
Government only said the other day that we're allowed to see family big change in the space of a few days.

They are mad at Boris because he know a few weeks ago things were bad but he kept telling people about visiting over Christmas and wishing people happy Christmas.

Yep, It is ridiculous.
Myself and I am sure Millions of others have made plans over Christmas. I am not changing my plans. I have kept to the rules all year.

I very much doubt anyone will listen to the no visiting family over christmas thing.

People are going to think back to Dominic Cummings and be like "i bet he's doing what he wants just like the others in government so we will just do what we want as well, when the government follow their own rules the rest of us will"

it's a clever virus, it can measure distance and tell the time and knows what Christmas day is

There is a new strain of the virus in the UK and it is much more contageous then Covid and deadly. What next!!! Very hard and frustrating and I don't blame anyone for being mad. However better safe than sorry!!
