Never Fail Fudge

3 cups sugar

three fourths cup butter or margarine

two thirds cup or 5 ounce can of evaporated milk

12 ounce package chocolate chips

2 cups, 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream

1 cup chopped nuts

1 teaspoon vanilla

In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Cook uncovered in microwave, 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla; mix well. Pour into greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 96 squares
