I love this show. I am amazed how Mark Harmon and Sean Murray has managed to stay in the show for so long, without feeling like they needed a break. I understand Mark Harmon getting older and more willing to retire, but sometimes I wish he had taken the same deal that David McCallum took, to still be a part of the show; that is, do a year by year contract, and pick the episodes that he wants to be in.
 
I agree somewhat however i don't know what the show would be like without Gibbs.
I guess we will see next season.
