Missouri Hobo Stew
1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 (10 3/4 ounce) cans minestrone soup
2 (15 ounce) cans ranch-style beans
1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes with chiles
In skillet, brown beef and onion; drain. Combine all ingredients in 4 to 5 quart slow cooker. Cover; cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, stirring occasionally.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
