Mint Paradise Cooler
1/2 cup lemonade
1/2 to 1 jigger creme de menthe
2 scoops vanilla ice cream or rainbow sherbet
Fresh mint, optional
In blender, place lemonade, creme de menthe to taste and ice cream. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with mint.
Makes 1 serving.
