Mandarin Delight, From Arlette
1 carton cottage cheese -- 16 oz.
1 package orange jello -- 3 oz.
1 can mandarin oranges -- well drained
1 can pineapple chunks in juice -- well drained
1 package Cool Whip Lite® -- 9 oz.
Mix jello and cottage cheese. Add the oranges and pineapple. Stir in the Cool Whip and chill in serving dish till firm.
