Lemony Poppy Seed Bread

18-1/4 oz. pkg. lemon cake mix
3-1/2 oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 to 2 t. poppy seed
Blend ingredients together; add one cup water, mixing well. Pour into two, 8"x4" greased and floured loaf pans; bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes 16 servings.
