Lemony Garlic Chicken
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 stick butter
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 pounds chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute garlic in butter until golden and tender; remove from heat. Stir in lemonade. Season chicken with salt and pepper; coat with lemonade mixture. Grill or broil until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork; baste frequently with lemonade mixture.
Makes 4 servings.
