Leftover beef or pork roast
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can Golden mushroom soup

Instant potatoes or leftover mashed potatoes

Cook vegetables according to directions. Mix with leftover meat and soup.

Place meat mixture in a casserole dish. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake in

350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
