KANSAS CITY STEAK STRIPS

2 sirloin strip steaks, about 12 oz. each
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. thinly sliced green onions tops included
1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. chili sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans

Cut meat into evenly strips, half of the butter in skillet and heat; add meat and saute over medium high heat until meat is brown and cooked to your liking - do not over cook. Remove meat. Keep warm. Add remaining butter to pan. Add green onion.

Saute over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes until onions are soft but not brown; remove. Add broth to pan; heat and scrape pan brownings. Add chili sauce; add green beans to pan and heat for a few minutes. Add meat and green onions and stir to blend well. Cook over high heat for a few minutes until mixture is hot. Add salt and pepper. Serve hot. Serves 4.
