Is Medical Spa can help in decreasing Anxiety

TLDR: Is Medical Spa can help in decreasing Anxiety
In a forum thread discussing the benefits of spa visits for anxiety relief, several users shared their experiences and opinions. Lyna121 initiated the conversation, inquiring about the effectiveness of medical spas in Europe for reducing anxiety related to work stress. Lavalamp, from the UK, mentioned not having visited a medical spa but found regular spa treatments helpful for relaxation and managing anxiety. Henrywrites and Lavalamp both advocated for vacations as a beneficial way to alleviate anxiety, citing personal positive experiences from trips to Dubai and Italy. Shortie highlighted that workplace stress could be a significant contributor to anxiety and supported the idea that spa days could aid in relaxation and anxiety reduction. Soulwatcher added a personal note on the calming effects of hot showers, likening it to the potential benefits of spa treatments. Overall, the consensus in the thread leaned towards the positive impact of spa visits and vacations on reducing anxiety, though no direct experiences with medical spas were discussed.
One of my friends suggested I to visit Europe for a spa stay and for holidays. Is it Useful for reducing Anxiety? I am feeling Anxiety because of the load of my work and my boss.

Did anyone try the medical spa? Is it helpful for Anxiety patients?

Hi @Lyna121

I live in Europe (UK). I haven't visited a medical spa, but I've been to normal spas ans it has helped me with relaxation, especially having massages and treatments. I suffer with anxiety too.

You could very well be suffering from anxiety due to your boss and the workload you have as well, it is very common for people who have a big work load to feel overwhelmed and anxious about it all.

In terms of a spa day to help with anxiety, I too have heard the same thing and that is that it can help a lot with anxiety as it can help you relax.

I can see how this can help, because when ever a take a super hot shower my body and mind relaxes and I feel so refreshed afterward.
